Welcome to Intraflair. These terms of use apply to the services offered by Intraflair, whether or not you access them through www. intraflair. in. Your use of our website or services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Scope of Services

At Intraflair, we provide all-in-one interior design solutions to suit your lifestyle and imagination. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Interior design advice and project planning
• Space planning and good use of space
• Use the plan color palette and material selection
• Furniture sourcing, selection, and procurement
• Lighting design and installation coordination
• Full project management and builders’ partnership
• Detail Custom furniture design and coordination of production

The services provided are in accordance with the contractually defined project agreement, which has been mutually accepted and signed. No alteration or addition to the scope of the original Estimate shall be made without a written amendment and charge therefore.

Terms Agreement

• By using Intaflair’s services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• IntaFlair reserves the right to amend these terms as and when required.
• It is the responsibility of members to review these terms periodically to familiarize themselves with any modifications.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients have to give us accurate information concerning what they want, how it should look, and what it needs to achieve.
• Client shall be responsible for ensuring that all legal approval from competent bodies in respect of structural alteration has been obtained.
• In order to avoid any delays or confusing and frustrating circumstances, clients are expected to communicate reasonably well and in a timely manner from inception to conclusion of every project.
• Addenda: If any alterations or changes to the initial agreement are requested, they need to be agreed upon in advance and may cost extra.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before the start of the project.
• Balance to be paid in full upon completion of the job.
• If alterations or adjustments are made that are above and beyond the factors outlined in the original scope, a supplemental charge may be applied.

Project Timeline

• Completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on the month of pickup.
• External causes beyond our control (such as material shortages) will be communicated as soon as they are known.

Design Revisions

We include a fixed number of design revisions in your contract with Intraflair. Deviations beyond this point may be quoted extra. We will work with you to get the final design to your satisfaction as well as to your intention.

Warranties and Guarantees

Intaraflair we strongly entrusted to provide premium services, with extreme care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that any services will be error-free. Warranties are bound to warranties and guarantees that come with products or items we use. A warranty or Guarantee is provided with the materials. We encourage clients to examine these manufacturer warranties closely in order to fully grasp what is – and isn’t – covered.

Liability

Intaflair shall not become liable, even indirectly or in any other way, to You for claims greater than those that were paid by You to receive our services. We shall not be held responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Despite our best efforts to enduck ourselves, shit happens at times. As always, we are working diligently to ensure these issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Intellectual Property

• Everything we design, develop, draw up, and make in the course of our work is the sole intellectual property of Intaflair.
• The clients are permitted a non-transferable license to use these designs and ideas for their project that was ordered with Intaflair.
• Our designs may not be used for any other purpose or on any other project without prior written consent.
• Copying or altering any content made available without our consent constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Confidentiality

• All client information given to Intaflair will be treated as private.
• This information will only be provided with the client’s prior consent, or where ordered to do so by law.
• At Intaflair, we have reasonable measures in place to protect client information and ensure confidential communications are secure.
• Our practices are intended to fully comply with data privacy standards.

Termination

• If a material term of the agreement is violated by you or Intaflair and it isn’t repaired within thirty days after written notice, then Intaflair can end this contract.
• When termination has occurred, the client shall be liable for payment of all services provided prior to said date.
• These terms are crafted to safeguard the rights of both parties and allow for fair conflict resolution.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed and defined as per Indian Laws.
• Any questions or disputes that may arise will be settled by the courts of the client’s country or city.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• These terms and conditions, including any project-specific written agreements, shall constitute the entire understanding between IntaFlair and its customer, and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The failure of Intaflair to assert any right or provision in these terms at any time will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
• Intaflair shall not be liable for any delays or failures due to, but not limited chaotic events, natural causes, actions by the government, power failure supplier issues.
